Under the new REGULATION (EU) No. 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers, it is MANDATORY information on allergenic ingredients that may be contained not only in prepackaged, but also in non-prepacked foods offered to end consumers in foodservice outlets. In order to ensure effective information to our customers who visit daily our restaurants, we have created tables with products containing allergens, indicating where appropriate the specific type as described by law.
